The new season is still a little over a month away. But I’m ready for it so begin right this second! The Spurs have added a few key players. And I think they will benefit the team in a significant way. So it’s going to be an exciting season of basketball. Maybe this season will be another special season to remember. Tony Parker, 2007 NBA Finals MVP, NBA All-Star 2006, 2007, 2009, and three time NBA Champion. He is only 27, yet he has already been in the league since 2001. Tony began his basketball career in France playing for French amateur teams. In 1999 he joined up with the pro French team Paris Basket Racing. Two years later he entered the 2001 NBA draft. A new season of basketball is almost upon us. For those of us in the great city of San Antonio, that means a new quest for the Larry O’Brien trophy. The front office has upgraded the roster of a Spurs team that has been showing its age of late.
