The weather in South Texas is very, like my girlfriend says, “bi-polar”. Yesterday it was sunny and warm, today rain, ice, and snow fall from the sky. Winter has pretty much sucked this year. Except if you are a farmer, then you’ve been getting plenty of rain for your crops. Otherwise, the rest of us suffer miserably as we battle slick roads and fogged up windshields.
